What information we collect
The forms may collect identification and contact data, availability for volunteering, interests, information necessary to understand a request for help, and the content you decide to share with the Foundation.
What we use it for
- Respond to queries and follow up on requests.
- Evaluate volunteer or collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate the requested attention within the scope of the Foundation.
- Protect the site, prevent abuse and maintain operational records.
Protection and access
Help requests are stored encrypted and access is restricted to authorized personnel. We do not sell personal information or send sensitive medical data to analytics tools.
Conservation and third parties
We retain the data for the time reasonably necessary to respond to the request, comply with applicable obligations and protect the operation. Some technical providers may process data solely to provide infrastructure, mail or hosting under appropriate measures.
Your requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of the information you have submitted by writing to info@fundacionssl.org. Before responding, we may ask for reasonable data to verify your identity.
Minors
When a minor completes a process that requires authorization, the Foundation may request the participation of their mother, father or legal guardian through a secure channel.
